Payment Processing

Introduction

When you register online, you have the option to pay immediately using a credit card or to pay later. To pay later, see payment options below.

Pay Later

Please print the instructions below and provide them to your finance office with a request to expedite payment upon invoice receipt. Please ensure that payment arrives at AVID Center with a completed Payment Coversheet so we know which registrations are covered by the payment.

Available Payment Options

Credit Card

AVID Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. To pay for an individual registration with a credit card, log in to MyAVID, go to Event Registration, and select View/Complete/Pay for my registrations. Another option to complete your payment is to download the Payment Coversheet and submit the completed form to AVID Accounting.

If you prefer to pay over the phone, or if you would like to pay for a group, please call AVID Care at 1-833-284-3227, and a representative will complete your transaction over the phone. You will receive an email confirmation after your phone payment processes successfully.

To pay for multiple members of your team, site, or district, please call AVID Care at 1-833-284-3227, and an AVID Care team member will consolidate charges and complete your transaction over the phone.

Check

To complete your payment, please make a check payable to AVID Center and mail it with a completed Payment Coversheet to:

Please note that AVID must receive the actual check. We cannot accept a copy, the check number, or a check request form.

Purchase Order

To submit a purchase order (PO) process, please email, fax, or mail a copy of the PO with your completed Payment Coversheet to AVID Center:

Please note that the purchase order number alone or a requisition for a purchase order does not serve to initiate the payment process. AVID Center must receive the original purchase order or a copy of the purchase order by email, mail, or fax.
