This AVID ElevateXP professional learning experience is designed to empower site and district leaders to employ a systematic approach to college and career readiness through the implementation of AVID Schoolwide.

Participants will explore a defined leadership theory of action that addresses educator beliefs and behaviors and creates campuswide conditions that ensure college and career readiness for all.

In doing so, they will understand how to create a strong infrastructure to support AVID Schoolwide implementation and continued sustainability.

Following team planning time embedded into each of the four modules, participants will return to their sites equipped to identify specific strategies to anticipate and troubleshoot potential obstacles or barriers and implement lasting change in support of college and career readiness for all students.
